I always had a doubt, why Judas revealed who Jesus was.
I have a notion about Jesus’ death.
To me
Jesus was never crucified instead a disciple of his would have been..
Why?
It’s very easy to identify Jesus through spy and the King was not so foolish to pay to someone to reveal the Jesus in that 13
Maybe like this………There was a Jesus in that 13 members but it was concealed by each one of them and would have done the role of Jesus. It means one person would have taken the role of Jesus in every place they went. If a spy followed to identify Jesus, he would have got confused. And the spy would have conveyed to the King that he was not able to identify Lord Jesus.
Then comes another notion, the one disciple Judas came forward to protect Jesus revealed another disciple as Jesus. So, the crucifixion was done to the wrong person and they protected Jesus and revealed to the world he back from….after a few days..
This was not a myth I am mentioning, it happened for Buddha, when people from other religions wanted him to get killed, he traveled with disciples with the above concept. None couldn’t identify Buddha and he just moved like a concept!!
It’s my strong belief because Lord Jesus’ disciple wouldn’t have done it for money!!
